| 1. | Condition 13 requires the detailed results of a further site investigation for contamination at the site to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works beyond demolition and clearance can take place.
The following documents were submitted with this application:
- Phase 2 Ground Investigation, Report No: 1204.04.01, produced by Remada Geo Consultants, dated June 2024.
The Phase 2 Ground Investigation Report submitted alongside this application is considered acceptable. The condition can therefore be discharged in full.
However, please note that before works beyond demolition and clearance can take place, a detailed remediation scheme must be approved in writing, as required by Condition 16. |
