1.	Condition 13 requires that details demonstrating that the holiday accommodation units will be built to achieve a water efficiency rating of no greater than 110 litres per person per day is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application has been supported by the following document: - Water Efficiency Design (2 New Dwellings 94 & 96 California Road, Scratby) - maximum fittings consumption, received 13 July 2025 The details are acceptable and hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as it requires the fittings to be installed as per the approved details prior to the first occupation of the units.
