Condition 6 requires that a contamination report is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that any remediation works that are required take place prior to first occupation of the dwellings and that a verification report confirming that the remediation works have taken place is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
