Condition 9 requires that a verification report confirming that the remediation works to deal with the contamination on the site have taken place be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Remediation Verification Report; reference GN26490_RV, dated July 2024 The submitted information is deemed acceptable and hereby approved and the condition is discharged in FULL.
