| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with following plans and documents, received by the Local Planning Authority on the 23rd July 2024:
- Combined Plans; Drawing No. 1919/1
and the following revised plans received on the 19th November 2024:
- Lighting Assessment ref. Caister Bowls Club 6M.AGI; prepared by Legacy Lighting
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The floodlighting shall be installed in strict accordance with the details submitted and approved within this application and there shall be no variation thereof without first receiving the express written permission of the local planning authority. The operation of the lighting shall at no time be in excess of the illumination lux limits set out within the submitted Lighting Assessment from Legacy Lighting ref. Caister Bowls Club 6M.AGI which has established the accepted illumination field used in the determination of this application.
The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of residential amenity to avoid unacceptable light spillage beyond the boundaries of the Bowls Green. |
| 4. | The floodlighting hereby approved shall be limited to the following operating hours:
Monday - Saturday: 1200hrs to 2200hrs
Sunday & Bank Holidays, Public Holidays: 1200hrs to 1800hrs
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of residential amenity and for the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development and for the avoidance of doubt as the information submitted and approved has demonstrated the ability to maintain appropriate levels of residential amenity when installed in the manner proposed. |
| 5. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
Your attention is drawn to the existence of a public right of way to the south of the site. This permission does not authorise any interference with, obstruction or diversion of the path during construction or subsequent operation of the development. |
