| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Plan entitled "Site Location" showing the proposed position of the fences, received 21 August 2024; - Plan entitled "Fencing Elevation" showing proposed fence received 09 October 2024; - The technical plan of the car park height restrictor received 31 October 2024. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt. |
