1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14th November 2024: - Proposed Elevations; ref. 42.204B - Proposed Plans and Sections; ref. 42.203C and the following plan received on the 12th July 2024: - Location Plan, scale 1:1250 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.All new brickwork shall be laid in lime mortar 1:3 Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL 3.5 : sharp sand, to match the historic mortar as seen on Brooklyn House and the attached boundary wall extending to the outbuilding. The reason for the condition is :- To enable to local planning authority to control the colour, type and texture of the mortar used to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development, as required by policies CS09, CS10 of the Core Strategy and E5 of the Local Plan Part 2.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
