1.	Condition 6 requires that a public benefit plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the public benefits are thereafter delivered. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Public Benefits Plan; dated June 2024, received 22nd November 2024. The submitted information is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in PART.
