1.	Condition 16 requires an archaeological written scheme of investigation (WSI) to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing prior to any development taking place. The Archaeological Written Scheme of Investigation, Event Number/Site Code: ENF152465, produced by Pre-Construct Archaeology, dated August 2022 has been deemed acceptable and is hereby approved. Condition 16 Part A can be discharged in full and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and recommendations contained within the Written Scheme of Investigation. Parts B and C of condition 16 remain undischarged and are to be complied with.
