1.	Condition 4 requires that details of all windows within the proposed development are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that these windows are to be flush casements. The drawing provided only shows one window and shows a stormproof window. Therefore this information does not meet the requirements of this condition and the condition discharge application must be refused on this basis. Condition 4 also requires that details of all materials are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is not supported by any information with regard to external materials and therefore insufficient information has been submitted to discharge this part of the condition. The condition discharge application is refused for this reason.
