1.	Condition 62 requires a surface water drainage scheme for each phase of the development. This relates to Phase 6 of the development. The following document was received on the 3rd July 2024: - Phase 6 Drainage strategy ref. 1196.06/SC/DS/06-24 Rev C The following documents were submitted and received on the 23rd October 2024: - ASD Technical Note ref. 1196.06 - Proposed Cut Fill Plan; 1196.06/C-S/101 Rev C - Highway Infiltration Basin; 1196.06/DRA/103 Rev F - Exceedance Flow Basin; 1196.06/DRA/104 Rev D The details as submitted for the discharge of condition 62 of pp 06/13/0652/O, for phase 6 only, are considered acceptable and hereby approved and are sufficient to discharge the condition in part. The surface water drainage scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details before this phase of development is completed.
