| 1. | Condition 4 requires the submission of a Phase 1 Contamination Report to be submitted to and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development.
The following document was submitted with this application:
- Contamination Assessment Desk Study Report, produced by A F Howland Associates, Ref: RCER/24.160/Phase1, dated 26 June 2024.
The report referred to above considers the site to be suitable for the proposed use with no further contamination assessment necessary and this is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in FULL.
Note - In accordance with Environmental Health Officer's comment, and to ensure full compliance with the conditions set out under 06/21/0687/F, if any previously unidentified contamination is discovered, it must be reported in writing to the Local Planning Authority immediately, and the development must cease and not recommence until the requirements of Condition 5 are met. |
