Condition 3 requires the submission of a destructive Asbestos Survey of buildings to be demolished prior to the commencement of any demolition works and the development to be carried out in accordance with the details as approved. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Asbestos Demolition Report, produced by Demcom, Job Id: 268, dated 6th April 2022 The submitted document referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the approved Survey.
