1.Time Limit: The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.Approved Plans and Documents: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 11.12.2024. - Proposed Ground, Floor and Roof Plans (Dwg no. P-201, Revision A) - Site Location and Block Plan (Dwg no. P-202, Revision A) - Existing Floor Plans (Dwg. no. P-200, Received 10.10.2024) The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.Occupancy restriction (compliance condition): The approved unit of accommodation shall be used for holiday purposes only and shall not be used at any time as a person's sole or principal residence. The applicant shall maintain a logbook detailing visitors staying at the holiday accommodation and the period of time for which they are staying. The logbook shall be completed for the duration of the use of the premises as holiday accommodation, and shall be made available for officers from the Local Planning Authority to view at all times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the holiday unit is not used as permanent residential accommodation in accordance with policy L1 from the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021).
