No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.Prior to the first occupation of the extension herby permitted, a Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan should be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan should identify the site's location, the risk of flooding and access and egress arrangements. It should identify what warning measures will be put in place and how occupants will be made aware of the risks. The plan should include detailed instructions to occupants about what to do in the event of a flood. This should be made available to all occupiers of the dwelling. The reason for the condition is :- To minimise the risk to occupants in the event of flooding in accordance with Policy CS13 of The adopted GReat Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy (2015)
