1.	Condition 2 requires full details of a soft landscaping scheme to submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the first occupation of the dwelling. The following documents were submitted alongside the application: -Email Correspondence with attached Soft Landscaping Scheme, received 08.10.2024 The landscaping scheme sets out soft landscaping proposals including species types and the protection measures that will be in place during their establishment. Therefore the Soft Landscaping Scheme submitted is acceptable and is hereby approved. Therefore Condition 2 is discharged in FULL. Please note that condition 3 requires the landscaping scheme secured by condition 2 to be carried out in its entirety within the first planting and growing season following the first occupation of the dwelling to which the planting relates.
