1.	Condition 21 of outline pp 06/19/0676/O requires securing both a temporary and permanent Traffic Regulation Order for a 40mph speed limit at Jack Chase Way. The following documents demonstrate that the temporary TRO has been secured: - Drawing ref. TMO-PL-009rev20 - Correspondence from applicant, dated 29th October 2024 The details are considered acceptable and are hereby approved and partially discharges this condition insofar as it relates to the temporary TRO. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details. A permanent 40mph TRO must be secured prior to construction above slab level.
