Condition 44 of outline pp 06/19/0676/O required a site investigation and post investigation assessment to be completed in accordance with the programme set out in the archaeological written scheme of investigation approved under Condition 26 Part A (ref 06/23/0540/CD), to be submitted and approved by the local planning authority. The Following Documents were submitted: POST-EXCAVATION ASSESSMENT REPORT - Report No: CNF46324 - Prepared by Pre Construct Archaeology - Dated May 2024 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 44 have been met (relating to Phases 1A 1B and 1C of the development ONLY), and the condition can be discharged in FULL.
