| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th August 2024: Floor Plan, Elevation, Location Plan drawing number 03a Proposed Plans The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the development shall be in accordance with the details contained in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and for the enhancement of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015) and Policies A1 and E5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
