No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 12th June 2024: -039-24-00 Location Plan, Scale 1:100 -039-240-01 Elevations, Scale 1:1250 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt as to the nature of what has been approved
3.Notwithstanding the details stated on the application form, the colour of the cladding and fenestration to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall be no other than 'RAL 7023 Concrete Grey', as confirmed by the applicant's agent on the 19th September 2024 and shall be retained in such form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.Prior to commencement of the development a section drawing shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, to ensure that full details are submitted showing how the roller shutter will operate so that it can be hidden during the day. Reason for condition:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area, and in line with the Great Yarmouth Shopfront Design Guide SPD.
5.No door/ground floor window shall open outwards over the highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety
6.A minimum vertical clearance of 2.4 metres shall be maintained at all times between the roller shutter mechanism housing and the level of the adjacent public highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
