1.	Condition 8 requires details of the means of surface water drainage to be submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to the first use of the site for any caravan and for the development to be carried out in strict accordance with the details as approved. The following documents were submitted with this application: -Discharge of Planning Conditions, Notes and References, dated 8th March 2024. The submitted details set out that no hardstanding will be introduced on site, and are therefore considered acceptable and the condition can be discharged in PART. However, the development must take place in accordance with the agreed details prior to the first use of the site for any caravan.
