1.	Condition 4 requires a Planting Scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works beyond the laying of foundations for caravan bases taking place, and for the scheme to be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details and planted no later than within 6 months of the construction of the base for that plot. The following documents were submitted with this application: - Drawing No. 2843-24 Planting Scheme dated 03.04.24 (received 16.07.24) The Planting Scheme referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in PART in terms of the submission element but cannot be discharged in FULL as the condition requires the development to be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details, within the time restraints set out under condition 4. The condition must also remain in place to enforce replanting should any tree or plant die within 10 years of planting.
