1.	Condition 22 requires details of boundary treatment. The application is supported by the following, received on the 11th June 2024: - General Arrangement Plan of Proposed Overall Site Layout Showing Boundary Wall Treatments; ref. FRD-010 sheet no. 001. There is insufficient detail submitted to discharge Condition 22 and the application is hereby REFUSED. No elevational drawings have been provided to support the application in terms of existing or proposed and the submitted information does not clearly demonstrate the parts of walls to be retained as required by the condition, and does not provide information on how the walls will be repaired or retained. Given this, condition 22 cannot be discharged and the application must be refused.
