No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 16th July 2024: - Location Plan, Scale 1:1250 - Drawing No.1386_2 Combined Plans The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.No development shall commence until details of the exact type and colour of the material to be used for the wall of the extension's front (south) elevation have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out using the agreed materials. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials to be used in the wall to the south elevation of the extension has not been confirmed.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
