| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6th June 2024: - Site Location Plan - Proposed Garage Elevations; drawing number: 2 - Proposed Elevations; drawing number: 3 - Existing and Proposed Site Plans; drawing number: 4 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | No later than the 31st August 2024, the timber cladding on the external elevations of the garage shall be stained in its entirety with Ronseal Forest Green Matt (or a similar dark green coloured stain). The timber cladding shall thereafter be maintained in this colour for the lifetime of the development. The reason for the condition is :- To soften the appearance of the garage and to mitigate the impact on the street scene; in accordance with Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy H9. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
