1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6th June 2024: - Site Location Plan - Proposed Garage Elevations; drawing number: 2 - Proposed Elevations; drawing number: 3 - Existing and Proposed Site Plans; drawing number: 4 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.No later than the 31st August 2024, the timber cladding on the external elevations of the garage shall be stained in its entirety with Ronseal Forest Green Matt (or a similar dark green coloured stain). The timber cladding shall thereafter be maintained in this colour for the lifetime of the development. The reason for the condition is :- To soften the appearance of the garage and to mitigate the impact on the street scene; in accordance with Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy H9.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
