No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Unreferenced plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 1st May 2024 and received by the Local Planning Authority 28th May 2024 - Unreferenced Plan, revision R00, untitled (submitted as existing and proposed elevation plans), dated 3rd September 2024 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd September 2024: The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.A minimum vertical clearance of 3.10 metres shall be maintained at all times between the proposed structure (the hanging/projecting sign) and the level of the adjacent public highway. The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of highway safety.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
