1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans:
- Site Location Plan, Scale 1:1250
- Drawing No. 552-02Reva Proposed plans and elevations
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
4. | Before the extension is first brought into use, the windows in the first floor side (west) elevation hereby approved shall be installed and obscured to a specification of not less than the equivalent of classification 3 of Pilkington Texture Glass Privacy Levels and shall remain so in perpetuity.
The reason for condition is:- To prevent overlooking and to protect the amenity and living conditions of adjacent residential property, as required by policy A1 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2. |
5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
