Condition 14 requires that details of works to reinstate the footway to Common Road are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the works take place in accordance with the approved scheme. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Highways works plan; drawing reference: 110/600 Rev.A The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the development must be carried out in accordance with the footway scheme prior to the first occupation of the dwellings.
