| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 25th June 2024: -Unreferenced plan, entitled Mill Lane (submitted as Site Location Plan), dated 11th May 2024 - Plan no. 002, entitled Proposed Roof Plan, undated - Plan no. 004, entitled Proposed Elevations, undated - Plan no. P17874/Trusses [Plan, untitled, dated 18th June 2024 - Plan no. P17874/Trusses [Plan, untitled, dated 18th June 2024 and in accordance with the roofing materials specified in the applicants email to the Local Planning Authority on 22nd August 2024. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the information supplied in the application form and notations shown on the approved plan numbers 002 and 004, the roof tiles to be used in the development hereby permitted shall be none other than grey concrete interlocking roof tiles as stated in the applicants email to the Local Planning Authority on 22nd August 2024. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
