1.	Condition 8 requires that a flood preparation plan with respect to the kitchens is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved flood preparation plan is made available to residents thereafter. The application is supported by the following documentation: - FLOOD PREPARATION PLAN The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the proposed measures must be enacted and the FLOOD PREPARATION PLAN must be made available to all residents for the lifetime of the development.
2.	NOTE - The occupants should also register with the Environment Agency Flood Warnings Direct service, a family flood plan should be prepared by the occupants with an associated emergency flood kit should the need arise for its use.
