1.	Condition 14 requires vehicle access crossing details including arrangements to be made for surface water drainage to be intercepted and disposed of separately so that it does not discharge from or onto the highway. The following documents were submitted with this application: - Drawing No. 110_500 Section 50 Details - Drawing No. 110_002 Rev B Proposed Drainage Layout - Drawing No. 110_001 Proposed Site Levels The plans referred to above are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires that the construction of the vehicle access be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development.
