1.	Condition 16 requires that no works above slab level shall commence until a Scheme to show how details of no less than 6 house sparrow terraces (e.g. Vivara Pro WoodStone House Sparrow Nest Box) or a minimum of 6 swift boxes and details and number of bat boxes will be incorporated into the design, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Plan no. 1651/2 - Eco, Rev A (July'24) / Bat Boxes moved to rear wall and swift boxes moved to north wall. (Updated to show six swift boxes on the north-west gable and wording on the plan updated to reflect this), received by the Local Planning Authority 1st August 2024. The revised plan received on the 1st August 2024 is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out with the installation of the bird and bat boxes and the bird and bat boxes shall be retained as such thereafter for the lifetime of the development.
