1.Part 1 of Condition 15 requires that no development shall take place above slab or foundation level until a flood mitigation strategy has been submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Flood mitigation strategy should include details of construction flood resilience matters, including water entry strategy as appropriate, flood preparation plans, flood warning systems and flood emergency plan for future residents. Part 1 of Condition 15 requires that there is no occupation of the dwellings until the development has been constructed in full accordance with the approved details of the Flood Mitigation Strategy and completed in accordance with details under Part 1 of the condition. The full details of all Water Entry Strategy, and flood preparations, warnings and emergency plans shall be supplied to each dwelling and occupant. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Flood Risk Assessment reference 2700/RE/04-21/01, dated April 2021 This information is considered acceptable and the condition is discharged in part. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to Part 2 of the condition requiring the development to be been constructed in full accordance with the approved details of the Flood Risk Assessment and the requirement for the full details of all Water Entry Strategy, and flood preparations, warnings and emergency plans to be supplied to each dwelling and occupant.
