| 1. | Condition 14 requires that with the exception of the demolition of the school building, no development shall take place until a scheme of landscaping including details of planters, bin storage and means of enclosure of the curtilage of each plot has been submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the development should be undertaken in accordance with the details as approved.
