1.	Condition 13 requires details in written and drawn form of the means by which electric vehicle charging shall be made available for each dwelling. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Plan No. 1651/2 - ECC, entitled Site off Lichfield Road, Southtown, Great Yarmouth - Car Charger Specification The submitted plan and details thereon are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter for the lifetime of the development.
