| 1. | Condition 4 requires that with the exception of the demolition and clearance of the remaining school building, there shall be no further development the mean in which the development shall far as practicable meet part M4(2) of the disabled access regulations in regard to access to the ground floor of the town houses and the means to achieve water water usage of no more than 110 litres of water per person per day shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the development should be undertaken and retained in accordance with the details as approved.
