| 1. | Condition 9 requires that with the exception of demolition, no development shall commence until a Phase 1 contamination report has first been carried out to assess whether the land is likely to be contaminated, and the results of the investigations submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

The submitted information is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the submitted Contamination Report including the further submission for approval of a remediation validation report relating to the topsoil used in garden areas. |
