| 1. | Condition 8 requires a scheme detailing how on-site parking for construction workers shall be provided for the duration of the construction period to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development progressing beyond demolition and clearance of the remaining school building.
Alongside this application the following documents were received:
- Construction Traffic Management Plan, dated 4th May 2024
- Unreferenced plan, entitled Site off Lichfield Road, Southtown, Great Yarmouth, Block Plan, undated.
The submitted information is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan throughout the construction period. |
