1.	Condition 7 requires that prior to the commencement of works of demolition on site, a destructive asbestos survey of buildings to be demolished shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details. The application is supported by the following documentation: . Refurbishment - Pre Demolition Survey of Asbestos Materials dated 24th June 2024 The submitted document referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the approved Survey.
