1.Condition 5 states: No occupation of Plots 9-16 of the development hereby permitted shall take place until details in written and drawn form of the means by which electric vehicle charging shall be made available for each dwelling within the scheme have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The facilities shall thereafter be provided in full accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of each dwelling, and shall be retained as such thereafter. The reason for the condition is: - To allow provision for the demand for electric vehicle charging within the lifetime of the development in accordance with Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy I1. Alongside this application the following documents were received: -Plan no. 1510/6 Rev. B, entitled Planning drawing (submitted as Site location and block Plan), dated April 2024 The submitted information is considered acceptable and herby approved and satisfies the submission element of Condition 5. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out with the installation of the electric vehicle charging points and the electric vehicle charging points shall be retained as such thereafter.
