1.	Condition 3 requires: Full details of the external materials to be used in the walls and roof of the development hereby approved have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of windows, doors or garage doors being installed in the units identified as plots 9-16. The condition also required the development to be carried out using the agreed materials and shall be retained as such thereafter. Alongside this application the following drawing was received: - Drawing No. 1510/6 Rev A dated April 2024 The submitted information in so far as it relates to external materials is considered acceptable and herby approved and satisfies the submission element of Condition 3. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out using the agreed materials and shall be retained as such thereafter.
