| 1. | Condition 18 requires precise details of the materials and appearance of rainwater goods and finishing details to be used in the external walls, roofs, fascias, verges, windows and doors, to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the construction of the development beyond foundation / slab/ damp proof course level of any dwelling and for the development to be carried out in strict accordance with the details as approved.

The information submitted clearly sets out the precise details of the materials and appearance of rainwater goods and finishing details to be used in the external walls, roofs, fascia's, verges, windows and doors of the development. Condition 18 is therefore discharged in PART. The rest of the condition must remain undischarged as Condition 18 requires the development to be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.
The development must now be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved details. |
