1.	Condition 15 requires a Construction Management Plan to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development and for the development to be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details which shall remain in place and be operational for the full duration of the constriction period of the development. The following documents were submitted with this application: - Construction Management Plan Ref: SCR-DOC-04 Rev E (dated 11.10.2024) The Construction Management Plan referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the development to be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details which shall remain in place and be operational for the full duration of the constriction period of the development.
