1.	Condition 13 requires that at least 1 fire hydrant must be provided in accordance with details to agreed by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documents: - Essex & Suffolk Water Drawing No. SCRA 313228 dated 22.02.24 - Norfolk Fire and rescue Service email dated 29th February 2024. The development proposes 2no. fire hydrants on a minimum 90mm main and the proposed details are acceptable and are hereby approved. However this condition can only be discharged in PART as the development still has to be undertaken in accordance with the approved details prior to first occupation.
