1.	Condition 10 requires details of a Construction Environment & Traffic Management Plan, and a Construction Workers Parking Scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority prior to any development taking place. The following document was submitted with this application: - Construction Management Plan Document Ref: SCR-DOC-Rev E, dated 11.10.24 The document referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the development to be carried out in accordance with the approved details, which shall be implemented upon commencement of the development and retained throughout the construction period.
