1.	Condition 9 requires details of a plan and proposals for closing the existing access into the agricultural field to the east of Scratby Road to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the occupation of any dwelling and for the development to be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details and maintained thereafter. The following document was submitted with this application: - Existing Entrance Stopping Up Plan Drawing No. C-180-Rev P01 (received 14.10.2024) The plan referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the development to be undertaken in full accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of any dwelling on site.
