1.	Condition 6 requires full details of a surface water sustainable drainage scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Condition 6 also requires that the proposed sustainable drainage system be provided and made operational sufficient to serve the dwellings and relevant associated highways in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development. The following documents and drawings were submitted with this application: - SuDS Management and Maintenance Plan, prepared by Rossi Long Consulting Ref: 201067, dated April 2022 [Rev 01] - S104 Agreement Plan, Drawing No. C-170 P01 - Private Foul and Surface Water Schedules Drawing No. C-111 P01 - General Arrangement External Works Plan Sheet 2 201067 Drawing No. C-111 P01 - General Arrangement External Works Plan 201067 Drawing No. C-110 P01 The documents and plans referred to above are considered acceptable and are herby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part because Condition 6 sets out that no dwellings shall be occupied until the scheme has been provided and made operational sufficient to serve the dwellings and relevant associated highways in accordance with the approved details.
