1.	Condition 5 requires details of water conservation and efficiency measures to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development and for the development to be carried out in accordance with the details as approved. The following documents were submitted with this application: -Water Efficiency Statement, Produced by Eastern Energy Consultants (dated January 22 2024) The proposed water conservation and efficiency measures set out in the statement submitted under this application is considered acceptable. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART in terms of the submission element but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the water conservation and efficiency measures to be installed and made available prior to first occupation of each dwelling and maintained to ensure the required water consumption is not exceeded for the lifetime of the development.
