No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 30th April 2024: - Plan no. TD040424-PP-1 revision O, entitled Proposed Rear Extension Development to Existing Detached Bungalow. Planning Permission Approval Existing & Proposed Plans & Elevations (submitted as Site Location Plan, Block Plan, Exiting and Proposed Elevations, Floor and Roof Plans) The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The materials to be used in the external walls of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form and shall be retained as approved in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
