1.	Condition 25 requires details of how the dwellings will conform to Part M4(2) of the Building Regulations to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the measures are incorporated into the dwellings. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Part M and Accoustic Compliance. First & Last Development, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret. The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the development must be carried out in accordance with the measures as listed in the approved document and incorporated into the dwellings before they are first occupied.
